Black/Purple Health and Mana UI

Description
Replaces the Red/Gold UI with an Purple/Black one for all styles
(plus changes the heart drop with a purple heart, even the Christmas and Halloween specials).

@-AL3K- There should be an "Interface" bit in Options that includes "Health Styles". Click that a couple times and eventuallly you woill get a bar style. You're welcome!
