The container terminal also has fuel reserves (automatic purchase is possible), although these reserves will have to be replenished by transport and not by pipelines.

The problem is with a ship that cannot enter the route - correct the entry into the port with relief, increase the depth. Before entering and mooring a ship, it is necessary to have a flat shore and sufficiently deep depths!!!
