E.M.C. Boreas

The Boreas has been built using components from the Modular Space Station Kit (MSSK).

The E.M.C. Boreas is an Anemoi-Class Inter-Planetary Container Vessel, designed primarily to haul supplies between worlds served by the Einmann Mining Corp.

The ship has a maximum haulage capacity of 12 Intermodal Space Freight Containers, and can carry a variety of cargos: refined metals, components, fuel etc, and any prefab modular equipment that conforms to the Space-Freight Container Standard.

Because of it's modular framework, some Anemoi-Class vessels have been entirely retro-refitted with modules in place of containers, in order to serve other roles - such as mobile factories and refineries, or - in thinly-stretched reaches of space - combat support.

The Boreas is propelled by three large hydrogen thrusters, and is also FTL-capable. It has an 8-berth quarters, med-bay, engine room (nuclear and hydrogen), solar arrays and escape pod.
