Strollin' Stu

It is squat and pudgy and has a bulbous nose, bright reddish-pinkish high-tucked spotted trousers, and a waddling gait.

Interesting Moves:
Taunt - summons a piranha plant that will attack if Stu uses jab, utilt, or if it is touched

NSpecial: Stu strolls at a high speed.
FSpecial: Swipin' Stu grabs an opponent. If on the ground, you can choose a direction to throw them.
DSpecial: Fox shine. Charges STU Meter very quickly.

DTilt: Stu picks up a fruit. Each fruit does something different!

Dash Attack: Spreads icky, paint-like goop across the stage. Requires some STU juice in the STU Meter.

STU Meter:
As the STU Meter fills up, Stu can use more powerful Special moves. When it reaches halfway, a new NSpecial, FSpecial, and USpecial are unlocked. When it is completely filled, Stu can place a giant piranha plant with DSpecial.
