Edit: Aether biome with a shimmer pool has been added to the map via TEdit. It's under the castle a little below the dungeon entrance. It's also accessible via a tunnel leading from the former Corruption tunnels in the Hallow, past the bridge.

This is "Earth", a large journey world infected by the Corruption, in hardmode. I have planted artificial Crimson in the world as well, and overlaps with the Corruption. I won't show too many screenshots (if I decide to upload any more) because I want the map to remain a surprise. I have built many amazing things on it, including a castle in the Hallow biome. The infectious biomes are barricaded by clay, so you don't need to do any maintenance of them. Keep an eye out for some amazing loot inside chests in some (though not all) of the residences I have built. There are also teleporters that allow you quick access to parts of the map.

Also, keep an eye out for a crystal house underground in the Hallow, accessible from the dungeon. I have made doorways in the dungeon to various areas to the underground Hallow, and where there are signs in the doorway, that's where to go find the crystal house. I've also built a challenging Hellevator in the Corruption/Crimson. Challenging as in, doesn't go straight down but winds at angles and has pools of water to slow falls but as a hardmode map, you should have fall damage negating accessories at this point anyway. Just watch out for Medusa in any adjacent marble biomes. I've had to use TEdit to do some of my building since this map was created pre-Journey's End update.

Anyone who is even better at building than me, go hog wild and make any improvements to my builds that you see fit, and re-upload any improvements you make to the workshop if you want. If you do, provide a link to this map in your description to show that it's the original that you used to build off of! Have fun all!
