Advanced Vehicle Booster

Description
Puts a rocket booster on vehicles while pressing Shift.
In-/Decrease power with x or c and reset it to default with r.

Most work goes to the developer Dennis.
I just added some HUD, the power to in-/decrease the power and, most importantly, the ability to press shift to activate it. It's not always active anymore!

If this violates anything and Tuxedo Labs want this taken down for some reason, I sure will do!^^

Add the option to remove the smoke as well so it doesn't ruin the looks of the car

@Number9Volcanos you can change the keybinds by copying the mod "copy to local mods" and go in that mod folder then in the options text folder you can change any keybind

can you please make it increase not by decimals, but perhaps by 1? It's really annoying when you are trying to increase the booster strength quckly
