Successor to Kirby Hat

Does same thing as kirby hat but not jank, based off of speen hat.

Infinite mid air jumps, even when holding things!

Very useful for ball stacking, which is the main reason i made this.

Ruins your base game experience, please don't use to cheat yourself out of fun.
