Scope Repair Kit

Description
A simple mod allowing you to repair damaged scopes.

I have left a readme file on how to make scope spawn damaged.

There is also types.xml for the scopekit itself.

You are NOT permitted to do the following:
- Unpack, repack and re-upload to Steam as your own. This can only be posted as myself.
- add to server packages or any other forms or repacking.

Installation:
1. Add the mod folder to your main server folder
2. Copy and paste the mod key into your key folder
3. Copy and paste my types.xml content into your types.xml, feel free to change the values.
4. Restart server and all items should spawn

there is two folder "key" and "keys" have different file dimension... so, wath are the right key? :|

electronic repair kit does the same thing <------This is condescending and sounds pompous. It was not this "If you didn't know electronic repair kits can do the same thing."

Yea I know crazy mate, almost as if the mod was made 2 years ago before they made electronic repair kits do it :steamhappy:

The Modern Scopes mod has a few classnames that work well:
VTR_Vudu
VTR_Bravo4
VTR_Leupold_mark4_scope
VTR_Vortex

All can spawn in with damaged, cracked glass state.

VTR_Barska spawns in damaged, but does not yet have a cracked glass state applied.

After some testing, I've come to realize that Scope Repair Kit will prevent some(perhaps most) Advanced Weapon Scopes items from spawning.

I realize that the usual answer to this is "you screwed up your types" and normally I'd agree. This was my testing methodology:

Starting from fresh install on test server, I loaded CF, COT, and AWS. I then loaded a types that contained only AD_ACOG and AD_ACOG_RMR with 99 max and 98 minimums.

AD_ACOG was in spawnabletypes while AD_ACOG_RMR was not.

I confirmed that both ACOGs were spawning(and nothing else).

One by one, I would stop the server, install a mod, wipe the server, restart, and then confirm ACOGs respawned. I did this for many mods until I reached Scope Repair Kit. At this point, ACOGs stopped spawning.

To confirm, I stopped the server, removed Scope Repair Kit, wiped the server, then re-started. ACOGs of both type were spawning again!
