REALISTIC THEME PARK SITE

This is a highly realistic theme park construction site including:

* A car park (parking lot)
* Bus station
* Backstage buildings
* A dark ride show building
* Staff/Cast Member entrances
* Surrounding fields
* Surrounding tree-planted berm
* Electrical substation
* Reserved expansion areas
* And so on...

You can either play it as a scenario, or build your park using the Scenario Editor.

SCENARIO
=========

A group of investors from the City of London have purchased farmland in the English countryside. Why? To build Britain's best theme park, of course!

They have constructed a lake, a perimeter wall, a giant car park, a show building (for a possible dark ride), and backstage buildings with staff car parking. They even built an elevated berm around the site to help hide the outside world.

They have now hired YOU to complete the park!

Build the park, welcome guests, and most importantly: make a profit.

All rides, shops, themes, and statistics are unlocked.

To win the scenario, have a profit of at least 2,000 per month, with no debt, for at least three months in a row. If you manage all this before the end of year 10, you'll get paid a nice bonus.

There are four expansion plots to purchase. Note that the local council has already granted you support rights over the car park.

Scenario:
• Have no loan debts
• Have an operating profit of at least $2,000.00
• Optional: Have at least 4 coasters in your park with an excitement rating of 65.0 or above
• Optional: Have a decoration rating of at least 75%
• Optional: Have at least 100 guests in your park
• Optional: Have at least 500 guests in your park
• Optional: Have at least 1,000 guests in your park
• Optional: Sell at least 1,000 park tickets
• Optional: Have at least 2,000 guests in your park
• Optional: Have at least 3,000 guests in your park
• Optional: Have an overall park rating of at least 90%
• Optional: Complete all non-optional goals by the end of December, Year 10
