Mk VIII Patrol Boat

The Mark VIII is a patrol boat in service with the SW Navy, designed to patrol riverine and littoral waters. To serve as the next-generation patrol boats for the SW Navy. Inspired by the Mk VI patrol boat, this patrol boat will replace the ageing patrol boat fleet of Maritime Expeditionary Security Force and will support the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command. One of the reasons is that it can be operated with lesser crew that the Mk VI and is also smaller in size. It’s also more than capable of performing Search and Rescue Operations, so often when not on combat duties, the MK VIII crew will assist the SW Coast Guard.

This creation is great to patrol around the Islands! It can also be used with you friends while playing multiplayer, as boat was design to have multiple people manning different stations and performing a broad range of tasks.

There are three stations in bridge:

• Coxswain
  
• Commander
  
• Fire Control

It is equipped with 2 large diesel engines. They provide enough power to tow almost any of the ships stranded around the islands in Stormworks.

Throttle down before putting the boat into reverse. Make sure you are below 0.2 of the throttle.

While refueling, you will fill both main and reserve tanks, but to use the reserve tank you will have to use the key-switch in the engine room.
