Wonderful! One more thing: no pressure but I think the devs rebalanced the party HQ since you released this, here's a balanced config:

I've streamlined the file composition and reduced the file size from 44 MB to 20 MB, let me know if there are any problems.

Everything works fine, now there are two university version! It's already part of the city.(coincidentaly with year - '67) Thank you for the change.

Please do! This building will probably nicely fit into modernistic district I am building right now ^^ There are no text or pictures there aside from big red star, so the face is stealing the show xD

haha aw it is a permanent look for the Uni, but if its really a problem I can make additional building inside the mod that is a uni but without the face, do you want me to do that? ^^
