Armwrench to Arm Hold (chain)

Following an armwrench, the attacker performs an additional armwrench takedown, keeping hold of the defender's arm in the process.
This move requires the Chain Wrestling feature of Carlzilla's Modpack. Chain moves are to be added as follows:
