Enhanced Beta Defibrillator

Another fixed mod! This one is Blue's Beta Defibrillator, but since that one had odd animation issues like the walk cycle and shove (shove uncomfirmed, I've only seen comments about it) I decided to recompile it and add some extra features.

Features:
- New walk animation
- Jigglebones just like the medkit
- Optional HUD Icon to fit in with these HUD icons!
- No more worldmodel issues, but only in singleplayer/local host. Online will still have issues but they aren't as severe as before.
- No sv_consistency issues. You can join any server with this mod on.

Me - Recompiled .QC file to add animations and features

If Blue wants me to take this down I gladly will, just please contact me so I can provide the VPK to allow you to update your mod to fix the issues!
