Replace Lisbon and Mogadishu city-states. Portugal is NAU module 2.

Breaking Portugal is NAU! into modules, the Macau one runs at any version and I added the missing correct Icon.

Sorry, it was an observation, nothing against it :) In my games I simply build a Feitoria in Hong Kong coast and name it Macau with a map pin -- but only because I wanted to set up a Portugal game with all the 48 vanila city states.

On TSL maps Macau is too close to Hong Kong to be placed accurately.
