Description
The main color is always gray in this project. A typical solution is the use of three-row masonry without bandaging the horizontal seams of the outer verst. For buildings without balconies, decor in the form of color inserts (green or red) is almost always used.

Descending prevalence color schemes list
- Typical masonry with red inserts (most houses)
- Typical masonry with green inserts (groups of houses in block buildings)
- Masonry with 1/2 brick offset and red inserts (sometimes found)
- Typical masonry without colored inserts (several houses built)
- Tiling with green inserts (at least one building built)
