Classic Houndeye Particles + Default Blur

Description
My first ever mod in existence and workshop submission. This takes Brain Dead's awesome classic houndeye particle but adds the default Black Mesa blur effect to it.

because if this pcf is used, then the Xen houndeyes have broken particles.
