Ellis - Gensokyo Radio Shirt

Description
Based off of the Digital Miko T-Shirt worn by staff members of Gensokyo Radio at conventions such as Anime Boston, this shirt design is up for sale at gensokyoradio.net, and after getting one, I thought it'd be kinda cool to have in-game. So, here it is.
