Cho's Hellion Rework

Description
The goal with this rework for Hellion is to diversify her damaging skills a bit, so that it’s not just
a choice of which ranks you want to hit when you choose her loadout.

Yawp’s exhaust debuff made it a bit awkward to use with the rest of her kit, so it was
removed in favor of a use limit. In general Hellion’s exhaust gimmick was expanded upon, so that each skill applies general exhaust Debuffs as well as a DMG Debuff for the skill used. This promotes using different skills in battle
rather than spamming one move. Adrenaline Rush can be used to clear Exhaust debuffs.

Too much exhaustion, and makes YAWP useless

My goal is to do all classes and then all class trinkets yes. After I've done all classes I'll release an all-in-one mod for them (and possibly go over the older ones and redo them a bit). Then make a class trinket rework add-on.

That said the vanilla trinkets do still go well with my reworks, can't think of any that would have useless stats on them or that would make the rework too strong.

Are you planning on also releasing a vanilla trinket rework, or are all your class reworks done so that vanilla trinkets are still suitable for them?

Crit exhaustion clear happens before exhaustion application, so you will still end up with the exhaustion debuff from the skill that crit.

But all previous exhaustion is cleared.

If you crit with a skill that applies exhaustion, is exhaustion immediately cleared or does exhaustion clear happen before exhaustion application?
