Other than a paint job and some cosmetic things, I stabilized hover mode and added a winch with a harness that can be controlled inside the vehicle as well as while in the harness, and added ties on the bottom for lifting. This version has doors on the side just in case you feel like this one instead.

Its quick and easy and very cheap as well as handling well in bad weather
