This is a small map seen in the final scene of "A Pair of Moronic Mercenaries 2", now made publicly available. This version has much more detail to it, along with a few other things of note (see features list below). Do note that it's not very big, and likely won't have much use outside of video/scene building.

You MUST have Team Fortress 2 installed, up to date and mounted to Garry's Mod for this map to work.

Features:

-A scenic Caribbean beach with blue water, perfect for posing/movies
-A large skybox
-Balconies and the rooftop are accessible
-Ground NPC nodes

Note: due to engine limitations, underwater fog doesn't render in the 3D skybox. Because of that, underwater shots are NOT recommended (this can be partially worked around with camera angles, though). For the same reason, there's a small "seam" where the in-map water ends and 3D skybox starts.

Feel free to use this in your own videos and such, including monetized ones (does NOT apply to stuff hidden behind a paywall, as per Valve policy). However, I'd appreciate it if you mentioned the map name in the credits and/or provided a link to this page.
