32 Bit Ladner-Fischer Adder

Description
32 Bit adder, based on the Ladner-Fischer addition.

Ladner Fischer uses a System called Generate and Propegate and achieves logarithmic depth with close to minimal gate Usage.

It is extremely similar to the Slansky adder, I actually don't know the difference between Slansky and Ladner Fischer
