Albino Spider Pods:
Albino spider pods are the core resource in this mod. They are primarily obtained by killing albino spiders, who have a chance of dropping one on death. This chance can be increased by completing albino spider research. Albino spiders are solely encountered in a new incident.

Alternatively albino pods can be grown from a new plant, that is notoriously difficult to grow, or they can be purchased from traders, though they will be rather rare finds.

Imbued Spiders:
Once obtained, spider pods can be imbued with certain elemental salts and extracts at the spider imbuing table. Doing so will create a new belt item, which lets you throw spiders at your foes, or at locations. Spiders thrown at targets will begin to automatically attack the target, whereas spiders thrown at locations will do whatever they decide to do.

Further research will unlock chemfuel and mind control spider pods. Chemfuel spiders create multiple chemfuel puddles upon death, whilst mind control spiders will cause their target to enter a beserk frenzy.

Spider Traps:
Imbued spider pods can also be used to create new traps. These traps release three spider, of their respective type, when triggered. The released spiders will automatically attack the unsuspecting victim.

New events:
  • Spider nest awakens. Recent seismic activity has awoken a hibernating nest of albino spiders, they are now emerging from the ground nearby.

Requirements:
  • MorrowRim - Telvanni Technology Beta 0.1.5 or higher. This is a hard requirement.
  • Harmony. A requirement for Telvanni Technology.

Contains patches for:
  • Vanilla Achievements Expanded. Adding in several achievements, and a new point reward.

Recommended Mods:
  • Dubs Mint Menus. Because some of the crafting menus will be extremely cluttered otherwise.

Compatibility:
  • Combat Extended. Almost certainly not.

Issues:
  • Some research topics may not properly show what they unlock in both vanilla and Dubs research menus.
