Weaker Black Drangon Ninjas and Buffed Starving Bandits

A mod that I made in less than a few minutes. It's completely game changing and isn't balanced, and I don't really care.

Changes:

- Hungry Bandits have edgewalker quallity heavy jittes and masterwork rags, loincloth and halfpants.

- Hungry Bandit Leaders have edgewalker foreign sabres and masterwork equipment.

- Hungy Bandits have 85 in regular combat stats and unarmed which is on-par with Esata, Holy Lord Phoneix and Samurai Elites. Hungry bandit leaders have 100 in basic combat stas and unarmed, meaning they're about as strong as tinfist.

- Black Dragon Ninjas have lower grade gear. Unknown quality weapons and prototype armour, this applies with Buzzan and Dimak, but with one exception.

- Dimak still holds the meitou grade ninja blade, I felt it wasn't right stripping her of her weapon.

- Black Dragon Genins stats are lower than the average vanilla hungry bandit, with 4 in regular combat stats. Buzzan is slightly stronger but still weak, having 6 in standard combat skills. And Dimak is just as powerful as a vanilla regular hungry bandit leader, with 8 in combat stats.

- Hungry bandits don't live up to their name anymore, since they're now well-fed and aren't starving. They do still try to rob you of your food, however.

- The Black Dragon Ninjas are starving, making them even weaker than the regular holy nation citizen.
