City State Sound Fix

Description
This is a very simple mod that fixes the audio stings that play when you go to certain City-States' diplomacy screens. No code here, this just replaces a few sound files.

It mostly fixes the audio stings for the Maritime City-States that were introduced in the expansions so that they will now properly fade in like the audio stings for the original Maritime City-States. This was a personal pet-peeve of mine really... Milan's audio sting is also fixed to fit their new role as a Cultural City-State.

Requires G&K or BNW expansion obviously, since these City-States are only introduced in those expansions. Note that if you're just using this mod for G&K you might want to delete Milan's audio file included with this mod (located in your MODS folder) since they're still a Mercantile City-State in that expansion, as far as I know.

I love how you call it boat horn. Nice mod.

@Krajzen The files included in my package should fade-in noticeably for the new Maritime states, like the audio for Sydney's and Quebec's, etc. The original audio files just had the boat horn play before the music started without it fading in, which was kind of annoying imo. Also, Milan would originally have the coin sounds that plays for Mercantile city-states when you go through its diplomacy screen, instead of the chime that plays for Cultural City-States.

If it's not playing in-game, then that's something I'll have to look into. It should play in-game though. The files shouldn't be /exactly/ the same as the files included in-game too. If it is then, well then that's very odd and something I'll have to look into as well.

Uhm... I don't really get what's the difference here O_o (when I compared your sound files with original sound files, they sound exactly the same)
