Description
Vaanplein

A hybrid 1:1 scale Dutch interchange it has elements of a stack, windmill and trumpet design. It is build on land and named after a former farm 'de Vaan'. It is situated in the south of Rotterdam and combining the A15/A29.


Placement

It is important to level the ground before placement or else the road heights will be messed up.

You can do this with the 'Level terrain' option of the Landscaping tool. Make sure you cover the entire footprint of the interchange.
After placement you can then revert the terrain modification with the undo option Ctrl+Z.

Because of the width and angle of one overpass a streetlight is clipping but with Network Skins you can remove it.

That's a coincidence, were your great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandparents knights by anychance?

I am currently busy with the Ridderkerk interchange ;).
