If you want particles of water (not the river) to work correctly drag the files from the folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1o4yrZMZgq2x3NMYdaNlFYQoCnRABioi8?usp=sharing
into the particles folder of gmod (steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/particles) make sure to replace the files that were there. (this is because the whitelist does not allow replacing these files) (If falling water already works you dont have to do anything)
