Description
Six Rooms and a Sun Porch

While the Auburn, being only 18 feet wide, is well suited for a narrow lot, it will look very well on a wider lot. The design is suitable for city, suburb or country.

The Auburn is one of those designs that was only offered by Sears for a single year, in 1925. The following year, it was replaced by the Albany, which was very similar in design, but ditched the sun porch for a traditional front porch. *Spoiler Alert* I will be releasing the Albany next, and it will share textures with the Auburn.

The Auburn features a single tile wide lot for narrow spacing, despite being shown on wider lots in the screenshots. Garages sold separately in my Sears Modern Homes garage pack (model shown, The Bartlett). Batteries not included.

Please give me a like with a "thumbs up" if you enjoy.
