The Takeda B4400 is a civilian version of the B4500, a light scouting and utility vehicle used in armies around the world.
It originally was never supposed to see the streets of America, but a famous action movie actor made sure that it did.

@Jer: Hard to say with tips, aside from playing the game way too much over the past few years, I would say the most useful thing with building was i started out building by modifying vehicles that GC built, including taking them apart. So really I would just look at how builders that you like build their stuff and try to learn from it
