I wasn't able to repeat the capsizing you were experiencing, but I went in and did a bit of modernizing on the ship by changing to modular engines and doing a bit of logic, let me know if it works better for you, and check out my newer USCG ship if you want something with more features.

This is a very old ship. May be something to do with the scuttle feature, I'll check it out when I get a chance

Randomly started capsizing when I cut the engine
