Works with ULX (in the "Millet" tab).

Commands :
- ulx propspawn [Model] [Rotation] -- Spawns a prop by choosing the model and rotation
- ulx propremove -- Removes a prop by targeting it
- ulx propmodel -- Get a prop's model by targeting it (the model is copied)
