The right door of the double doors on the first floor south patio on the Intruder side can clip into the waist-high wall.
There's a floor with the default dev texture right next to the west briefcase drop off. It's underneath the stairs.
On the east edge of the north zipline there's a hole that you can slip through to get behind some of the map geometry. Aside from the weird behavior at the top, it's also possible to fall down it and safely land very close to the fog kill zone.
By the Intruder spawn it's possible to get some pretty crazy angles if you go to the edge of the cliff. Could be tightened up. If there are houses up here then it's conceivable that someone would put up a safety fence.
