The rangefinder only looks nice i.e. in the correct spot when you play on 1280x800, otherwise it will still be there, but be shifted a bit to the left/right depending on resolution. Here is a version without the rangefinder

Includes:
PF-89 HEAT: Regular HEAT warhead
3 rockets in reserve

PF-89-1 Incendiary: Haha bomb go burn
3 rockets in reserve

PF-89B Tandem: Tandem warhead go boom and boom
3 rockets in reserve

WPF-89-1 Thermobaric: haha lungs go brrrrr
No rockets in reserve, no resupply (trust me, one is enough). The Thermobaric rocket is able to kill people through walls (using a damage zone)

General Background:
In the late 70s the PLA saw a need to replace the Type 69 rocket launcher (RPG-7 copy). The PF-89 was made as a lightweight single use rocket launcher, and could be used by 1 infantryman alone, compared to 2 for the Type 69. It is the current main individual anti-tank weapon and is exported to countries such as Cambodia. The loaded launcher of the PF-89 is only slightly heavier than the QBZ-95 and is much lighter than the Type 69, yet at the same time having more firepower. The baseline PF-89 has a sight of range 400m but its effective range is around 200m

For those interested on how thermobaric rockets works, here's a quick summary from Wikipedia:
The [blast] kill mechanism against living targets is unique—and unpleasant. ... What kills is the pressure wave, and more importantly, the subsequent rarefaction [vacuum], which ruptures the lungs. ... If the fuel deflagrates but does not detonate, victims will be severely burned and will probably also inhale the burning fuel.

So yes, your lungs will literally rupture, and even if the bomb is a dud, you will get burnt alive and inhale the burning fuel. Even if the bomb doesn't explode, and the fuel doesn't ignite, you will inhale poison gas basically and also die
