Han Emperor Names

Description
No more "Emperor Huai" or "Empress Taotao"!

Added an event to give appropriate deceased characters Temple Names on their deaths.

Conditions:
- Be Han or Jurchen
- Be King-tier or above

Will fire for both AI and players. Players can pick a name 5 days after their predecessor dies. The players will get three random options.

i hope we get something like the CK2 DLC for the chinese empire.

Kinda want to see the Offmap chinese empire and then the Pretender we can create (always loved to do it :D) or sending our armies offmap trying to take the Celestial Throne for ourself.

@电竞燕双鹰 Han means the Han culture in the game, not the Han Dynasty. The names in this mod are from all the dynasties.
