Report a translation problem
Go to the mod: \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\784150\2463725974\newoldcity
It's easier to just search for "building.ini" in the steam folder. I'm not sure if the workshop directory numbers are the same for everyone.
Than, open the .ini for edit. After the first line - building's name - insert $CIVIL_BUILDING. At the bottom, there is #$PARTICLE ... . Remove the #. Save the .ini .
This enables self-heating.

Einfach in alle building.ini jeweils
$CIVIL_BUILDING
einfügen und vor dem Eintrag
$PARTICLE residential_heating xxx
das # entfernen.
Dann sollte es warm sein und der Schornstein qualmen.
