Corrected the code in the old mode as it does not work like other vehicle function modes.

I have confirmed that it works on the IWBUMS version like several mods.

It is not revised with the existing mode applied, but has been new changed.
Turn off "harder hotwire" and apply only "harder_hotwire_trim".

The fix version remains in the existing harder hotwire mode (version without item).
Fixed a crash in the vehicle function menu for TowingCar and betterLockpicking.
Unlike trim, it breaks the vanilla menu code and may not be compatible with other mods.
Turn off "harder_hotwire_trim" and apply only "harder_hotwire_fix".



What has changed of [trim]
= The tooltip has only been left in English, and all other languages ​​have been deleted.
