This movie is a juiced up version of a knock out punch, the defender takes a swing and Garvin pulls back avoiding the punch and coming back with his knock out punch.

In 1986 the "Hands of Stone" Ron Garvin was knocking opponents out cold with his knock out punch.

Garvin famously KO'd Ric Flair during a scruffle on the 6:05 Eastern show.

The animation speeds up on the attack to give it an 'out of nowhere' feel. There is also the animation of Ronnie blowing on his fist after the move which he would do most of the time.

Damage is high at 30 Stamina, 20 Spirit and 10 Neck, designed as a Garvin finisher intended to change the way your opponent feels about continuing the match.
