Surface Lift - Montaz-Mautino T100


A surface-lift or skilift does the same job than a chair lift in ski resorts. You can find surface lifts worldwide, however France, Switzerland, Spain and Italy are the most provided countries.


In CS, you won't have a proper functionnal skilift has I don't know how to create that. It's only eyecandy, to get more realism on your ski resorts. Also I recommend to use it with PO and electric lines. Here's a way to proceed:

Place your stations and your pylons, then join them with a single electric line and ajust everything by using Procedural Objects mode on the pylons. If you don't have any idea what I'm talking about, check some tutorials. Those assets are recommend for confirmed players.


GMM T100:

This is the departure station, where skiers will take the "sticks" (i don't know the proper name for those) that will bring them to the top of the line. This one is a type 100 of french constructor Montaz-Mautino.

You will find this skilift in your transports menu, in the cable car tab. If you have find it, you can type GMM and you'll have all the assets for the skilift. Place the departure station at the bottom on the line, then the pylons and place the arrival station at the top of the line.
