Description
dscisions: spend 10 influence points to add a planet modifier, increase the upper limit of 150 building slots.

The actual available slot depends on the mod of the building slot with 36, 66 or more slots

After having the planet modifier, it can also be cancelled in the dscisions

@Markhans 我刚才用MOD测试了一下，我装载了夸特和舰R系列MOD，还有古代帝国MOD和36位建筑槽MOD，我的MOD是生效的，会不会是因为你订阅的UImod冲突导致的？
