Shoggoth invisible boost arrow

A simple change that replaces the Shoggoth Race Mod's "Ball of Tar" sphere tech's boostarrow.png with a blank image, hiding it from your personal view. Note that this doesn't make it invisible to others, though.

The arrow is a neat idea, especially useful for those times where you lose sight of your cursor in the middle of action, but it doesn't always stay pointed in the right direction. Re-equipping the tech can fix it temporarily, but it can happen again.

It bugged me enough, and I figure I'm not alone, so here you go.
