Description
A test build of Madeline, with a bunch of changes that might be implemented in either the current version, the resprite/rework I'm currently working on, or both

NEW:
- You can now climb! You start climbing by holding the parry button while inputting in the direction of the wall.
* You stop climbing when you let go off parry
* Climb up and down by, well, pressing up and down
* If you press jump while climbing, it cancels into a regular wall cling, which you can wall jump out of
* If you climb to the ledge, you will automatically climb up the ledge onto the stage
* This does not work on solid articles atm
- The wallbounce technique is now implemented, perform it by pressing jump while dashing directly upwards next to a wall
* This does not work on solid articles atm
- Added new sound effects to superdash, hyperdash and wavedash, as well as speed ring vfx when they are performed
- A Stamina gauge which is used for certain actions
* Max stamina i 200, increases by 1 each frame while grounded and not performing an action that requires stamina
* The gauge becomes invisible when it has been full for half a second
* When climbing or wallclinging, stamina decreases by 1 each frame. You fall off the wall if stamina reaches 0
* Dashes require 1/4 of your stamina gauge to perform. Madeline's hair turns blue if has insufficient stamina
* FSpecial requires 1/3 of your stamina gauge per orb charge
* NSpecial recovers all your stamina, dying also recovers all stamina
* What stamina affects is highly experimental and may be changed. The idea is to make the strongest moves to a resource

CHANGES:
- Dream Mist is no longer destructible, and is also one article instead of 9
* It should no longer cause lag, I swear to god, if it still does, I don't know what to do. HELP.
- FSpecial is now charged on use, rather than passively over time
- All orbs shot by FSpecial have their angle set once Badeline is summoned
* AKA, they now always travel in the same direction, rather than independently
- Adjusted speed and height of superdash, wavedash and hyperdash
* Superdash now jumps just as high as a regular jump
* Wavedash and hyperdash are identical in height and length, and are about half a jump high
- Redid the crouch animation, Madeline's patented bouncy crouch is now portrayed properly
- Updated sound effect for uspecial and dashes (different for charged and left/right)
- Realligned hair for jump, land, pratfall, landinglag and uspecial animations
- Tweaked the animation of fair to have more impact (reduced the framerate) as well as some framedata
* Pre: 6 frame startup, 1 frames 30 degree hitbox, 1 frame spike hitbox and previous hitbox still active, 10 frames endlag
* Now: 6 frame startup, 2 frames 30 degree hitbox, 1 frame spike hitbox and previous hitbox inactive, 15 frames endlag
