Extended 8 Player Lobby

So, everyone knows how bad the 8 player lobby mutation is, right? I do, it sucks and usually breaks in half every time it's used. So, with simple scripting I've made it so all 4 player co-op modes and mutations have an 8 player lobby instead!

Keep in mind this does mean that you cannot start any of these modes solo, as the game won't allow you to start without two players in a lobby when the size is set to 8. If you're playing solo and a mode doesn't have a singleplayer option (most mutations don't) disable this addon first!

There is a known, very rare, crash when selecting L4D1 mutations. I've attempted to keep this from happening by forcing the mode to load a custom image, as the known cause of the crash is that it's attempting to load an incorrect image for the thumbnail of the mutation. If it still happens please report it to me!

I'd like to thank Sergi338 for telling me about this method. He originally gave me an addon that did this but it was only in effect on Campaign, so I extended it to all 4 player modes instead.
