Description
changes war exhaustion for ships.
To be used with my Designable Strike Craft Mod.

as far as I know I am unable to change WE per ship size so this is a blanket setting affecting all ships.

Vanilla setting -
WAR_EXHAUSTION_SHIP_KILLED_MULT = 2.0

This mod's setting -
WAR_EXHAUSTION_SHIP_KILLED_MULT = 0.75

i've tested this a bunch and losing 12 battleships vs losing 12 strike carriers from DSC is roughly the same amount of WE incurred without this mod. so it definitely helps and seems to be a good value for WE with DSC.

Gotta ask, does this work with both versions of the DSC Series??
