Potentional Questions with already known answers:

Q: Is the DLC necessary?
A: Not really. The blocks used from the Wasteland DLC are just the Light, Barred Windows and the Retrofuture Skin

Q: Will there be a non DLC Version?
A: Probably not, since some blocks are just to good/vital in my opinion to leave them out.
