One Biome Planets

Description
All planets will now have their base planet type be the only biome. Meaning desert planets will only have a desert biome, ocean being only ocean, forest as forest, etc. only thing that doesn't change is lush planets having forest biomes in them.

miniboimes underground should still exist but the surface is all one type of biome

Minibiomes are still a thing, right? Just the main biomes have been removed?

thank you so much - i've been hoping for a mod like this ever since i saw my first volcanic planet with a forest on it
