(Quieter) GE GTEL 'Big Blow' 8500HP

Description
By request, this adds a (non-prototypical) quieter configuration of themeatballhero's GTEL locomotives for comfort.
The B unit's jet engine sound is much quieter and has added diesel engine sounds so it's not oddly quiet.

Requires the original mod.

nice for people who don't like a hole drilled in their ear canals but i'm one of those people who is going deaf at 40 so i'll stick to the normal one
