In real life, for some reason, I feel angered seeing other people get hurt or laughed at. My first instinct is to always help out if possible. I try to defend them and end up getting hurt or injured, but it's something I just can't control or ignore. i don't know if I have an issue, but this has been bugging me ever since. Maybe it's just part of who I am. Yes I did visit a therapist while in high school, nothing worked. Even my parents stopped trying to help me out.
Sorry for the rant, but I had to get this topic off my chest. (Maybe I should not pay attention to the media or other people anymore.)
dont let hate stop things you enjoy or stop who you are,has a furry i get lots of hate sometimes from insults to straight up telling me to kill myself, but do i stop being a furry? no,i ignore those
you should allways take a break from time to time if things get hard, hangout with some friends, even if its virtualy,it doasnt matter how you hangout,be it with discord, vrchat or steam,it doasnt matter if they have vr or not,if they have fullbody or not, what matters is fun
sometimes i like to look back and be proud of myself of how much i've improved, dont make yourself sad or not wanting to improve, just because some are better
