[Flashlight Buttons] Half capacity

Description
An addon to Flashlight buttons that halves the capacity of all of the affected flashlights, Note that you still need the battery drain enabler for this to actually change anything.

Capacity changes:
>All flashlights : 5h -> 2.5h
>Crappy flashlight(FU) : 4h -> 2h
>Explorer's lantern : 4h -> 2h
