This ship illegally transports refugees from other systems, terrorists, as well as weapons. The space police had to deal with him several times. But when asked to stop for an inspection, he either abruptly went ahead (because of the super-high-speed engines, it is impossible for the police to catch up with him), or teleported to a long distance.
