Cycle Time 0.11->0.10

Don't forget to restart the game, after subscribing the addon.
Script supports L4D1 arms too.

You can't fill it out again, I thought it was op.
Found a machine gun with a full magazine with special army ammo.

does this make it refillable? like it doesnt have to have reserve ammo but can it be refilled? like if it has 5 bullets left, you can use ammo pile to get back 245 bullets and reload, thats what im looking for anyway, preferably with higher mag but not make it redicuously OP, just a subtle change like how u made 50 to 60 and not 50 to 500
