Have you had enough of your Allied Players constantly attacking your suzerained City-States? Yeah, me too! We've waited too long to get a Fix for this Annoyance, but worry no more, because (Finally!) I have the Solution for you!

This Mod stops all Alliance Players from attacking each others' suzerained City-States:
- If a Player is Suzerain of a City-State, then all his/her allied Partners won't be able to attack that City-State (as long as he/she is the Suzerain).
- If that Player loses the suzerainty to a non-allied Player, then all allied Partners of the former will be able to attack that City-State (including him/her - assuming all the allied Partners aren't allied with the new Suzerain)
- Players will still be able to enter the Territory of a City-State if they have Open Borders with it. Which in un-modded Game can be done:
+ early in the game before researching Early Empire Civic
+ by being Suzerain
+ using Gunboat Diplomacy Policy Card
+ by playing as Joao III (Portugal)

NOTE:
Needs Gathering Storm Expansion

Compatibility and Recommendations:
This Mod is fully Compatible with CIVITAS City-States Expanded, City-State Defender and any Mod that adds New City-States to the Game, such as Gedemo's City-States Collection. All the New City-States will be considered by this Mod.

This Mod should be compatible with any other Mod (including the ones that alter City-States and their Behavior).

Modders:
To help Modders that add new City-States to the Game, make their Mods compatible with Real Allies, I set the LoadOrder Value of this Mod to 222222. So any Mod, that adds New City-States to the Game, that has a LoadOrder that is lower than 222222, should be considered by this Mod.

Does this affect existing saves? Or do I need to start a new game?

Is Portugal unaffected by this? I'm in a game now, and Portugal (my ally) is attacking a city-state I'm suzerain of.

Oh, I actually meant having Open Borders with City-States. But I see now that my wording there could be understood the other way. Sorry for that man. I will fix that Text.

In non-modded game you get Open Border with City-States through (and this is what I meant with that statement):
- early in the game before researching Early Empire Civic
- being Suzerain
- Gunboat Diplomacy Policy Card
- playing as Joao III (Portugal)

But honestly, since this mod doesn't work like vanilla, and actually prevents you from declaring War on Allies' City-States, I think allowing to cross the Borders of their City-States should be possible. I'll see if we can mod that on an individual basis for City-States.

That's not a Product of this Mod, the Base Game doesn't allow moving into any City-State with Suzerains other than you (Ally or not). You'd need to use the 'Gunboat Diplomacy' Policy Card that allows moving in any City-State, or maybe a mod that adds that ability earlier in the game.

We played as team in multiplayer game, but I can't get in ally's city state.

@Gray Pockets, never noticed such an error tbh, tho maybe bc I don't play that much lately. Anyway, Thanks for making a fix for that, will implement it into this mod in the next update of the mod.
